Six-month performance of the city administration in terms of housing development
👉 In relation to alternative housing development, more than 350 hectares of land have been completed for the construction of 100,000 houses under the Public-Private Partnership framework.
👉 Out of those registered to benefit from shared housing, 4,557 residents who have expressed interest in developing houses have been organized into associations in 57 associations and land preparation has been completed and will be handed over soon.
👉 Construction of prefabricated houses The construction of 10 buildings will be handed over to service soon, and the construction of an additional 26 buildings is being accelerated.
👉 In 90 days, we have been able to partially solve the housing problem of our city's low-income residents by coordinating with generous investors.
👉In terms of house transfer, to solve the problem we faced in the lottery process, by developing a new system and following a transparent procedure, 25,773 houses were transferred through lottery, and 1,473 20/80 commercial houses were also transferred through auction.
👉An additional 5,320 40/60 commercial houses are in the process of being transferred through auction.
